    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and guide customers as they arrive on the lot
    • Collect contact information and enter every customer into the CRM
    • Maintain meticulous customer notes in the CRM
    • Assist customers via phone, email and text
    • Collaborate with the BDC team to provide a top-notch customer experience
    • Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
    • Enhance the sales experience by showcasing vehicle features
    • Support customers in completing their sales applications
    • Collaborate with management to boost sales by inspecting vehicles daily and reporting any issues
    • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales potential

    Skills / Qualifications:

    • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
    • Outgoing and friendly personality
    • Proven customer service skills and a successful sales track record
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
    • Persuasive abilities to overcome customer objections
    • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages
    • Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
    • Persistent, competitive, and dedicated with a strong work ethic
    • Focused on meeting customer needs to enhance both dealership and personal sales

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Clean driving history
