Traverse City, MI — Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) is proud to announce the airport has been nominated by
USA Today editors and a panel of travel industry experts for the prestigious title of Best Resort Airport in the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
The nomination highlights TVC’s role as the gateway to Northern Michigan’s renowned vacationland. The voting site, which goes live on Monday, September 8 at 12:00 PM EDT, features the following description of TVC:

It serves many of the famed golf courses, beaches, lakes, and islands nearby, along Lake Michigan and inland as well. Voting is open once per day per category from Monday, September 8 through Sunday, October 6. Supporters are encouraged to cast their vote daily and help Cherry Capital Airport earn the title of Best Resort Airport.
