LICENSED MEDICARE ENROLLMENT AGENT

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Medicare Enrollment Agent to assist Medicare-eligible individuals with understanding and enrolling in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans.
 

Responsibilities
· Meet with prospective Medicare beneficiaries in person, by phone, or virtually
· Educate clients on Medicare coverage options
· Conduct needs-based consultations and plan comparisons
· Complete enrollments in accordance with CMS guidelines
· Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements
· Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
 

Qualifications
· Active Michigan Health Insurance License
· AHIP certification (current or willing to obtain)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Self-motivated and organized
· Ability to work independently
· Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
