Description
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. At 45 years old, “Be Brave” is Heidi Fraser Yocum’s mantra. She is a mental health therapist with the Gaylord Blue Devil Wellness Center and an entrepreneur of three business: Synergy Behavioral Health, Plexus Worldwide and her newest company, Adventurous. Her vision for her life and her hope for yours is to live your best life, take risks and don’t let fear get in the way.
Join her on February 16, 2021 to bravely face your dreams, desires and passion and start moving in the direction of living your best life. She will focus on six areas of health and wellness in which individuals can become stuck in life. Grab onto the opportunity to evaluate your own life, create goals and bravely become the woman you were always meant to be.
