NCMC BOARD APPROVES OPERATING MILLAGE RENEWAL FOR NOVEMBER BALLOTPETOSKEY, Mich. — The North Central Michigan College (NCMC) Board of Trustees unanimously approved a millage renewal proposal that will appear on the November 3 ballot.
