    One of the main goals of our company is to provide an outstanding customer experience, so we are looking for people who are outgoing, self-motivated, have passion for building customer relationships and are excellent communicators. Due to the internet based nature of this position the ideal candidate will be proficient with technology and comfortable with internet based platforms. This position requires extensive written and verbal communication with customers, coworkers, and management on a daily basis.

    Position Summary: The Customer Care Representative's duties are as follows according to Business Development Department guidelines and policies:
    🔹 Responsible for initiating calls & emails to potential customers using the provided templates.
    🔹 The primary mission is to explain the features and benefits of vehicles and services and setting appointments.
    🔹 Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls and emails to internet sales customers.
    🔹 Work as support for the Sales Department to provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
    🔹 Responsible for maintaining communication with the sales manager and inventory manager to get updates on inventory status to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
    🔹 Required to learn and utilize our customer retention management system, take detailed notes, schedule customer appointments, and coordinate with the sales team.
    🔹 Must genuinely want to supply customers with top-notch service, information, and assistance with superior phone etiquette and excellent written communication.
    🔹 Participates and contributes actively at each opportunity and meets all company standards including professionalism and attendance.
    🔹 Interfaces with management, service lane, and customer relations to ensure objectives for high standards of efficiency and quality are met in the marketplace.
    🔹 Analytical ability, judgment, decisiveness and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
    🔹 Adheres to performance expectations as defined by management and to consistently self-manage, self-motivate and strive for improvement.
    🔹 Can analyze data to form conclusions and increase productivity
    🔹 Can assist with set-up, tear-down, and participate in our community events for community involvement and business development
    🔹 Perform other duties as assigned.
