DESCRIPTION:Survivors\, please come to the Otsego County United Way\, 116 E. Fifth St. Gaylord\, on Thursday\, 12.15.2022\, from 6 to 8 pm\, for a special holiday open house. Survivors from 05.20.2022 tornado will receive 1-$100 gift card per household and a homemade quilt(s) or blanket for each member of their household (thank you friends of Delphine's Quilt Shop).\n\n\n\nSurvivors must provide proof that they are a survivor of the tornado and sign for the gift card. Please fill out the registration below to ensure ease of receiving the gift card and quilt(s). Refreshments and conversation are available to those that would like to connect with other survivors and the community.\n\n\n\nOne time event.\n\nGift Cards will not be held.\n\nPlease pre-register here: https://forms.gle/MT5cQbBs9VQ7iDuy8
