• The DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION (DMA) is a group of brick & mortar business owners in the Gaylord, Michigan downtown-shopping district, that plan, organize and execute shopping and community events for that district.

    Although we currently have a wonderful group of individuals who participate, we would like to extend our invitation to all downtown merchants in hopes that you will jump on board and support the efforts of the committee’s hard work and dedication to our community.

    The cost to be considered a part of the DMA is only $200 per year ($100 for non-profits). This annual fee helps subsidize the costs associated with the many events we organize downtown such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Sidewalk Sales/Teddy Bear Clinic, Blocktoberfest and many more. These events help bring individuals downtown and put bodies in your store, restaurant, etc. 

    Your membership is important to us! We urge you to maximize your membership by taking advantage of all the benefits available to you and your business. Please take a moment to consider supporting the DMA, which will allow us to continue to provide free, friendly, family, fun events in our hometown, downtown.
