2008 ALPENFEST QUEEN’S PAGEANT

Eligibility Requirements

Open to all single women who have not been previously married, nor previously or currently cohabitating with a member of the opposite sex, have no children, are currently pregnant, and must have reached her 17^th birthday, but not exceed the age of 22 by Labor Day of the pageant year.

Candidates must be of good moral character. She must not have been convicted of any misdemeanor or felony.

Candidates must be current residents who have lived in Otsego County for at least six months (this includes college students who make their permanent residence in Otsego County).

Each candidate may obtain her own sponsor, but if unable, the pageant committee will work to obtain one for her. The sponsor will pay the $300.00 sponsorship fee.

The Alpenfest Board reserves the right to reject any and all applications

that it feels do not meet the criteria.
