I AGREE to abide by the rules and policies of Gaylord Alpenfest.In consideration of accepting my entry, I intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights and claims for damages I may accrue against the sponsors of this event, officials, municipalities, special districts and properties, private or public, or any and all people connected with Gaylord Alpenfest or their successors of representatives for any and all injuries or property damage suffered by me or my helpers while traveling to and from and participating in the

Gaylord Alpenfest.I further understand that I am responsible for my space materials and for all insurance during my attendance at Gaylord Alpenfest.The photos I am submitting are representative of the work I plan to bring to Gaylord Alpenfest, if they are not, I may be asked to leave with no refund given.Additionally, I understand that no refunds will be issued after June 1, 2008 for any cancellation made for the 2008 event.
