The mission of the Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce is to support business development of our members for a stronger community.
“Gaylord Chamber and Tourism Bureau to undergo exciting changes!”
Earlier this year the Gaylord Area Chamber and Gaylord Area Tourism Bureau made an exciting announcement regarding the tremendous growth that both organizations have experienced over the past number of years. This growth has led both of these progressive organizations to seek their own Executive Directors. Previously, the position has been held by Paul Beachnau, who has served as the Executive of both organizations. Paul will be transitioning back to working full time for the Gaylord Area Tourism Bureau. As result, the position of Executive Director will become available mid-March.
The Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is now underway with a search for position of Executive Director of the Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce.
The Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce has been the leading business organization in Otsego County for over 75 years and is a strong advocate of regional business leadership, small business growth, new business development, business advocacy and community strength.
If you are interested in applying for this position please see the following position description. Resume’s will be accepted until Friday, March 31.
