Over The Top Extreme 5K @ Treetops Resort

Prepare to challenge yourself in what some racers have called the best mud run they have ever done!
3 Disciplines proudly presents the 2nd Annual Over The Top 5K
The course will test your endurance with 20 obstacles spread out over 3.1 miles.
This event isn't only for adrenaline junkies ~ though they are welcomed.
Complete the course at your pace and enjoy music pumping throught the venue and of course ~ the 3 beer stations located in between obstacles.
A post-race bash will follow the event and is included in the race fee.
A kid zone with inflatable obstacles will be available pre and post race as well.
Racers only pay $50.00 * if they sign up before "April 30th" and $ 60.00* after "May 1st".

Following the workshop, Ruth will hold a booksigning downstairs until 1:30.



The cost per child is just $12.99 and includes a copy of Ellie McDoodle: The Show Must Go On.

We will be inserting content using quick parts, controlling text flow, using templates and automatic document creation, automating mail merge and working with macros.

3 Disciplines proudly presents the 1st Annual Escape The Terror Extreme 5K
The course will not only test your endurance with the 3.1 miles filled with obstacles, but get you in the Halloween spirit as well.
Dress up as a vampire or zombie to fit in or save the day as your favoirte super hero.
The top five femal and male costumes will win an award ~ along with the top three finishers to escape the haunted forest the fastest!
A post-race bash will follow the event and is included in the race fee.
Racers only pay $ 50.00 * if they sign up before  "April 30th" and $ 60.00* after "May 1st".
Other goodies will be included as well.
