Valentine's Wine Dinner
Join us for our annual Valentine's Wine Dinner. Enjoy a 5 course meal prepared in front of you, each course paired with a glass of wine. Couples and group seating will be available. Tickets are limited and will be available to purchase online and in the tasting room.
Menu: 1st Couse: Traditional Clam Chowder- Blanc de Noir ~ 2nd course: Roasted Beet Salad- Rosato ~ 3rd Course: Pasta Carbonara- Chardonnay/ Pinot Gris Blend ~ 4th Course: Petite Filet & Tiger Shrimp- Cabernet Sauvignon ~ 5th Course: Caramel Chocolate Mousse with Pretzels- Bourbon Mead
Dog Sledding at Treetops Resort
WHAT: Join Team Evergreen and Liza Dietzen and take an exhilarating ride through the trails on the Jones Masterpiece Golf Course behind a team of dogs that is training for the ultimate sled dog race, “The Iditarod.” Each ride will take you two miles through quite possibly the prettiest trails in northern Michigan. This experience can be enjoyed individually or with a child.
WHEN: December 29, 30 & 31, January 14 & 15, February 11 & 12, and March 4 & 5. Rides are scheduled throughout the day. Call our Reservations Department for a time slot before they fill up.
HOW: Advance reservations are suggested and pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Check in at the Activities Center at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time.
COST: $50 per person, ($15 for additional person in sled). A “sled load” consists of the following:
1 adult under 200 lbs.
1 adult and 1 child under 200 lbs.
2 children under 200 lbs. A separate time slot must be booked for each “sled load.” To accommodate families, it is recommended that you reserve time slots that are back to back.
Meet and Greet the Dogs
If you’d like to meet the dogs up close and hear some history and information about dog sledding, this activity is for you. Join is on select dates and times this season for a ½ hour informational and interactive time with the dogs and the mushers.
WHEN: December 30, January 14, February 11, and March 4 – 1:00 pm
HOW : Show up at the Activity Center and make your way across the street to meet the dogs.
Valentine's Meal at The Bearded Dogg Lounge
Valentine's Day ~ Order from the menu or share a very special meal Sat (Feb 11th & Tues Feb 14th) after 5 pm until gone.
Chateaubriand for Two: 16 oz. grilled ~ then roasted tenderloin with truffle port wine and peppercorn mustard bechamel. This dinner for two includes: two side salads ~ two sides of your choice ~ two 4 oz pours of your choice of house wine and dark chocolate Chambord mousse in a tuile cookie cup for dessert to share.
Surf n' Turf for Two: 10 - 12 oz lobster tail baked and served with one 10 oz New York. For dipping ~ you have a truffle port wine sauce ~ peppercorn mustard bechamel and butter for the lobster tail. This dinner for two includes: two side salads ~ a piped Dutchess potato ~ one side of our choice ~ two 4 oz pours of your choice of house wine and dark chocolate Chambord mousse in a tuile cookie cup for dessert to share.

Wilderness Sleigh Ride Dinner 2017
The Wilderness Sleigh Ride Dinner is a magical winter adventure. You will meet the Treetops shuttle on the main property and take a 15-20 minute ride to Treetops’ remote Project Nature property where a fire and a hot drink will await you. A 25 minute sleigh ride through the woods will deliver you to the Wilderness Cabin where you will enjoy a four-course meal and assorted beer and wine. After a leisurely dinner the shuttle will pick you up at the Wilderness Cabin and return you to Treetops’ main property. - Be sure to dress warmly! Sleigh fits a total of 16 adults.
