Tickets are now on sale for the BIG Christmas Giveaway. Only 100 tickets are available. The raffle will take place Tuesday, Dec. 20th at 9 AM on Eagle 101.5. Tickets are $100 dollars and can be purchased by calling Big Brothers BIg Sisters at (989) 732-7780 or going to our website. Drawing will be for 18 prizes totaling close to $10,000 dollars! 100% of the proceeds sponsor the programs of Big Brothers Big Sisters, serving children in need in Otsego and Crawford counties. BBBS is a 501(c)3 charity and donations are tax deductible.

No speeches. No fundraising. Just an evening of great conversation, fine food and "refreshments" in the spirit of the Holiday Season. The Gaylord Evangelical Free Church will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive from noon - 5:45pm; they are located at 1649 E. M-32 in Gaylord.

Anyone donating in December may win a $250 Meijer gift card, a $500 Best Buy gift card and a chance to win a 2012 Chevy Cruze.

The Red Cross requests that donors bring their donor card or other form of positive ID to the appointment.
