Bruce is the owner of the Alpine Chocolate Haus. He has owned this business on Main Street since 1985. Bruce is originally from the Sault Ste. Marie area where he graduated from Sault High. Bruce currently sits on the Chamber Board and serves on the Program Committee and Downtown Strategic Planning Committee. Bruce is active with many community organizations including the Downtown Development Authority Board, Gaylord Rotary and Little League Board. Bruce also served as the President of the Downtown Merchants Association and as a member of the Sportsplex Board. Bruce was elected to the Otsego County Board of Commissioners in November 2008; he represents district number 9. Bruce had enjoyed serving on the Board and says the Chamber has instituted many excellent changes the past few years and there are many more exciting changes underway which he would like to help bring to completion.
