A native of Gaylord, Janice was born at Otsego Memorial, has watched the growth of Gaylord from a one flashing traffic signal, to the construction of I-75. She is currently the Operations Manager for Independent Bank in Gaylord. She has been employed in the financial world for the past 28 years and a member of the Chamber with every financial institution that she has been involved with. She was an Officer at First National Bank of Gaylord as well as Secretary for the Board until 1994.
