This luncheon presentation, “Celebrating the Feminine Face of Leadership” presented a compelling picture of the need for leaders who are willing to be courageous in promoting collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building. It will encourage authentic leadership and inspire women to recognize and value their unique style of leadership.

As a result of the presentation, participants left with a greater understanding of the value of the “feminine face” of leadership, and a deeper commitment to celebrate themselves and other women who are leading for good. Audience members were inspired and encouraged.

Lunch was provided by Big Bear Deli. Participants were also given the opportunity to participate in a book signing of Megan Raphael’s book “The Courage Code”
