Membership Committee
Purpose:
Assists in recruitment of new members and retention of existing members. Evaluate current membership benefits for their effectiveness and relevancy and assist in their refinement. Assist in the identification and development of new membership benefits.

Leadership Otsego County Steering Committee
Purpose:
Fosters a partnership between the Chamber and educational organizations in the county. Provides learning opportunities for Chamber members. Steering committee for the Leadership Otsego County Program.

Government Affairs Committee
Purpose:
To assist in the communication of the Chamber's legislative activities to our members. The committee researches legislative issues of importance to our business community and gives direction to the Chamber Board of Directors by making recommendations.

Downtown Strategic Committee
The Downtown Strategic Planning Committee was formed at the request of the Chamber to facilitate the development, improvement and marketing of the Downtown Gaylord Area in a unified fashion. The Downtown Strategic Planning Committee is an ad hoc committee comprised of the Otsego County Economic Alliance, Downtown Development Authority, City of Gaylord, County of Otsego, Downtown Merchants Association and the Chamber. The function of the committee is to discuss and pursue activities that will lead to a vibrant downtown area.
