Chamber Ambassadors

Chamber Ambassadors are volunteers who work on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce. They are ready and willing to volunteer their time to meet and greet new businesses and chamber members. They also help at open houses, ribbon cuttings, plaque presentations or receptions that benefit our Chamber member companies.

Our Ambassadors are also membership recruiters, sharing the many benefits of Chamber membership with businesses throughout our community.

Our Chamber Ambassadors believe that the benefits of Chamber membership is like 'giving yourself a RAISE':

Representation…your voice is heard! The Chamber works closely with the state and local government representatives to pass legislation that is an advantage to the business community

Access…a chance to be where the action is in community and economic affairs. Many active committees, seminars, regular networking opportunities, our newsletter, Business Intelligence Report, and our website, enables you to promote and enhance your business operations while meeting potential clients and customers.

Information…facts and figures to help you understand the market place, tips and techniques to increase your profitability and timely information on the people and issues affecting Gaylord and the entire Otsego County region.

Solutions…to help you and your business remain strong and healthy in our vital economic environment. The Chamber provides programs through which you can accomplish individual professional goals and serve as a community leader.

Economic growth…creating awareness and understanding on issues of area growth and development that are of concern to you.
